Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you love your flashcards!
However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
How to return:
Please contact us by email before sending any return. We will provide you with instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method.
If your order arrived damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
